Job Description

Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative & operational support to the IT company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation Input, update & maintain various data records & information in company data bases & systems.
  • Organize, files & various documents including contracts, reports & correspondence will also be inclusive of processing invoice, billing & purchasing.
  • Respond to emails & phone enquiries from both internal & external partners & customers.
  • Assist in maintaining & tracking inventory, office supplies & equipments.
  • Create routine reports & documents as requested by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification : Graduate

  • Must have basic understanding of computer.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
